Macon, GA -  A late second half push by Agnes Scott sealed a 3-0 win for the Scotties over Wesleyan College on Wednesday afternoon.

  • Freshman goalkeeper Carlee Dykes had another good performance in goal for the Wolves, coming up with several really big saves and ultimately tallying 11 during the match.
  • Sophomore Taylor Johnson got off four of Wesleyan's nine shots from the forward position during her 64 minutes of action.

Wesleyan head soccer coach Paige Hightower stated,"We felt good going into today's match, because we had some players back from injury and we were playing on our home ground. We started off with a big offensive presence and had some great looks on goal tonight. However, our defense fell a bit flat today and we gave up three goals due to simple mistakes. In a way, it felt like we beat ourselves out there tonight."
