Davis emerged as one of Wesleyan's most consistent performers throughout the season, leading the Wolves with 247 total points while averaging 12.4 points per game across 20 contests. She started 19 games and logged a team-high 32.0 minutes per game, showcasing her importance on both ends of the floor. In addition to her scoring ability, Davis made a major impact on the glass and defensively. The Columbus, Georgia native pulled down 115 total rebounds, averaging 5.8 rebounds per game, while also recording 37 steals and 12 assists during the season. Her aggressive style of play and leadership helped Wesleyan remain competitive throughout conference play. Davis also showed growth offensively from her freshman campaign, improving her overall production after averaging 9.8 points per game in 2024-25. Over her first two collegiate seasons, she has totaled 414 career points and 204 rebounds in 37 appearances for Wesleyan. Taggart brings a strong background in collegiate athletics, academic achievement, and national-level coaching experience to Wesleyan after spending the past two seasons as the Head Volleyball Coach at University of Maine at Fort Kent. During Taggart's tenure, the program earned national recognition while emphasizing student-athlete development both on and off the court. A 2022 graduate of Chowan University, Gaither spent five seasons as a Division II women's basketball student-athlete and four of those years starting for the Hawks. Her career continued with standout competitive seasons at Columbus High School, highlighted by regional championships and a top-three finish at the GHSA State Championship, followed by three years as a versatile and high-achieving member of Columbus State University's Division II large co-ed team.
